How it works - simplified:
When you have a valid service claim, notify Mack and they will authorise you to get a quote on the repair from your preferred authorised manufacturer service centre, and they will then send you a cheque for the repair cost.

* Intentional abuse, misuse or damaged beyond recognition
* Fire

* Stolen
