How does it work, is it easy to make a claim?
Very simple, say your item failed and needs service,

2. they will send you instructions to get repair quote from official service centre.
3. If the item can not be repaired they will arrange a suitable replacement given what's available at the time.
4. If the item fails more than once it's also covered, and if it's a lemon, they will arrange replacement.

What's not covered
CPS Service Contract does not cover unauthorized repairs and/or modifications; vandalism, neglect, abuse, theft, misuse, transportation damage, recall of product by manufacturer or damage due to environmental or weather conditions; any repair covered by a manufacturer's warranty; repairs made before this plan takes effect; improper use of electrical/power supply; dropped product; covered products with removed or altered serial numbers; consumables such as bulbs, filters, batteries, toner, ribbons, drums, developer, or ink cartridges; collision with another object; cosmetic or structural items; damage, warping or rusting of any kind in the housing, case or frame of the covered product or any non-operating part, including plastic or decorative parts; component(s) never covered by a manufacturer's warranty; loss of data or loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts.
CPS is not responsible for any loss of: software, memory, video, or any type of media/content left on or within your unit while being repaired.
This Plan does not cover restoration of software, video, memory or any media/content for your covered product.

If your covered product experiences a defect or damage that is excluded from coverage under this section or in the event that no covered defect or damage is found, then you are responsible for all repair costs.
This Plan is not a warranty or an insurance policy it is a service contract under US law, under the contract the provider provides worldwide coverage - including Australia, New Zealand.
This service contract is not intended to limit any implied statutory warranties concerning your product, which may or may not exist under applicable law.

Q: What happens if I missed the delivery / what to do when you are not always at home?

Authority to leave, Reschdule for a later date, Hold for collection from courier branch. Some couriers offer Alternative dropoff to BP petrol and select Newsagencies.

Q: Are you shipping/open during COVID-19?
A: Yes, we are still working and dispatching most orders by next working day. All of the delivery services we use are running. Impact by COVID-19 is basically slower delivery times. Before COVID-19 most deliveries take 3~6 working days, now it's around 3~10 working days.
The arrival times are less regular than before, with some deliveries turning up in 2 days , most taking around a week, and on rare occasions taking longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
