Description:
The service contract is offered to provide you with protection against potentially expensive repair costs in the event of your equipment developing a fault after manufacturer warranty period.
This will provide additional repair, replacement service to the same conditions as manufacturer’s warranty.
*Technical servicing is provided in cooperation with reputable Manufacturer Authorised camera service centres.
As an added benefit, a total care utility pack will be provided to help care for your new equipment and prevent un-necessary premature failure.
For valid claims we undertake to:
- Restore your equipment to full working order
- Pay for all parts and labour costs.
- Should repair be uneconomic or parts be unavailable, we will replace your camera with one of similar type and equal value, (based on its value at the time of the claim)
- Provide a free of charge courier transport for the camera / equipment to your premises from anywhere in Australia.
- Constantly communicate the status of your product when it is under repair.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Only applicable to that individual item for which it was purchased and registered to.
2. Covers Manufacturer’s Defects Only. It does not cover batteries, normal wear and tear on parts or accessories, non original accessories, digital media, software, any additional accessories.
3. The service contract will be considered void if the equipment has been damaged improper usage as indicated by the manufacturer, or lack of due care such as but not limited to impact, water/liquid, sand, dust, dirt, grit, battery corrosion, unauthorised repair...etc
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us as soon as possible with a clear explanation of the problem after a fault is noticed and follow the instructions provided to return the item in the time period specified.
5. If a claim is made for repairs under this service contract, but the service centre deem such repairs to be outside the manufacturer’s warranty conditions, a quote will be issued. Any charge for repairs carried out will be guaranteed separately for three (3) months, which will run concurrently and will not affect the continuance of the Service Contract. A quote refused fee may be charged for some cases.
6. While every care is taken, we accept no liability for loss of any recording media contents, accessories not listed on the return authorisation.
Disclaimer: You do not need to pay for Consumer Guarantee. You are entitled to Consumer Guarantee under Australian Consumer Laws. This Total Care Service Contract provides for additional product and information on maintaining and care for your equipment, which is an added benefit.
